QED Consulting provide exceptionally high quality, multi-functional, senior management development, consultancy and training, to improve the effectiveness of organisations and their staff. The company has grown steadily and currently numbers in excess of 45 consultants, occupational psychologists, management coaches and trainers.

Over the past 10 years we have been actively involved in supporting high-growth start-up entrepreneurs across the country. We have also successfully developed and delivered generic Entrepreneur Summer Schools as well as Enviro-Entrepreneur Schools, which have created communities of entrepreneurs and helped over 300 of them to crystallise their business ideas and lay the foundations for successful business start-up and growth.

BioCity Nottingham

BioCity Nottingham is a groundbreaking new healthcare and bioscience innovation and incubation centre. Now home to 50 dynamic start up and spin out companies BioCity Nottingham is a thriving community of bioscientists and experienced bio-entrepreneurs. BioCity has become the hub of the healthcare technology sector in East Midlands.

BioCity Nottingham was made possible by a huge donation of laboratory and office buildings and equipment from BASF to Nottingham Trent University in 2001. Now extensively refurbished, BioCity is a success story of partnership and co-operation and is the result of an effective collaboration between Nottingham Trent University, the University of Nottingham and the East Midlands Development Agency. BioCity has also received funding support from the DTI [ERDF and Greater Nottingham Partnership].
